
Guest Relation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Interaction**:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in process.
- Provide guests with restaurant information, including the menu, specials, and services.
- Engage with guests during their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with professionalism, offering solutions or alternatives to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure that all special occasions (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries) are acknowledged, and guests are given exceptional treatment.
- Foster positive relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
- **Reservations and Coordination**:
- Manage reservations, ensuring that guest preferences and special requests are noted.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth seating arrangements and table assignments.
- Oversee waitlists during busy hours and communicate estimated wait times to guests.
- **Guest Feedback and Communication**:
- Solicit and document guest feedback to continuously improve services and overall dining experience.
- Communicate guest feedback to management and make recommendations for improvements based on guest input.
- Follow up with guests post-visit to ensure continued satisfaction and gather additional feedback when necessary.
- **VIP and Regular Guest Management**:
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests, offering tailored experiences and ensuring they feel special.
- Track guest preferences and personal details in the restaurant’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to enhance personalization.
- **Collaboration with Team**:
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure that all guest requests are met efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in training new staff members on guest interaction best practices and the importance of guest satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between guests and management, ensuring effective communication of guest concerns and requests.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences for future reference.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on guest satisfaction, reservation trends, and any notable guest comments.
- Assist with managing social media platforms by responding to online reviews, comments, and feedback.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
