We are seeking a motivated and energetic **Telecaller** to join our team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to potential customers, answer inbound inquiries, and follow up on leads to promote our products/services and convert prospects into customers.

Telecaller Job Description - Study Abroad Consultancy

Position Title: Telecaller

Department: Sales & Counseling / Student Advisory

/ Part-time

Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers can apply)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our Study Abroad Consultancy team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and their parents, providing information about overseas education opportunities, and scheduling appointments for counseling. Your role is crucial in helping students take the first step toward studying abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads generated through various sources (inquiries, events, website, etc.)

Explain services offered by the consultancy and study abroad opportunities in countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.

Schedule appointments for in-person or virtual counseling sessions with education advisors

Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert them into enrollments

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets of calls and conversions

Collect and update student information accurately in the CRM

Handle incoming calls and address general inquiries

Support marketing campaigns by making promotional calls during events and webinars

**Requirements**:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + local language preferred)

Confidence in handling outbound calls and explaining services

Basic knowledge of overseas education is an advantage

Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills:
Experience in the education sector, telecalling, or customer service

Knowledge of countries like Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, or USA in terms of education systems and admission requirements
