**Job Summary**
We are seeking qualified and passionate **Trainer** to deliver training in **Hair Care, Treatments, Colouring, Cutting, and Styling techniques**. The role involves conducting both theory and practical sessions as per the syllabus prescribed by **Lakmé Academy**, ensuring students are industry-ready with the latest skills and knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver training sessions in line with the defined course content and academic schedule.
- Enhance students’ competencies to meet industry standards and requirements.
- Provide guidance and resolve academic and practical queries of students.
- Conduct internal assessments and prepare students for external evaluations effectively.
- Drive **course upgradation** initiatives and ensure continuous improvement in training delivery.
- Maintain high levels of **student satisfaction** through effective teaching, mentoring, and feedback.
- Ensure students’ **log books are duly filled and signed**, and the **portal is updated with attendance on a daily basis**.
- Collect and document **quality reviews/feedback from satisfied students** to improve training standards.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum **10+2 qualification** with a recognized certification/course in Hair or Beauty & Wellness from a reputed academy.
- **1-2 years of relevant training or industry experience** preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
