Salon Trainer

**Delivery of training sessions**:Conduct hands-on demonstrations, theory lectures, and practical workshops for new and existing salon staff.
- **Individual coaching**:Provide personalized feedback and support to trainees, addressing their specific strengths and areas for improvement.
- **Skill assessment**:Evaluate trainees' progress through practical assessments and performance evaluations to identify areas needing further development.
- **Mentorship**:Guide and coach new stylists as they transition into their roles within the salon.
- **Industry trend awareness**:Stay updated on the latest hair and beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to incorporate into training programs.
- **Quality control**:Monitor the quality of services provided by salon staff and ensure consistency with salon standards.
- **Compliance training**:Educate staff on health and safety regulations, hygiene practices, and product usage guidelines.

Required skills and qualifications:

- **Expert technical skills**:Proficient in a wide range of hairdressing and beauty services, including cutting, coloring, styling, facials, waxing, and nail art.
- **Teaching ability**:Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training materials to diverse learning styles.
- **Leadership qualities**:Ability to motivate and guide trainees, fostering a positive learning environment.
- **Customer service focus**:Understanding of client needs and expectations to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- **Industry knowledge**:Awareness of current trends, regulations, and product advancements in the beauty industry.
- **Relevant certifications**:Cosmetology license or equivalent, along with potential specialized certifications in specific beauty treatments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
