We are currently seeking ambitious and talented individuals to join our Management Trainee program. As a Management Trainee at Bharat Kumar & Co. Pvt. Ltd., you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into various aspects of our paper manufacturing business. Whether you hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), this program will provide you with the foundation you need to build a successful career in the paper industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Familiarize yourself with the company's operations, processes, and products.
- Rotate through different departments, including production, sales, marketing, and logistics, to gain exposure to all aspects of the business.
- Assist department heads and managers with day-to-day tasks and special projects.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the paper industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing profitability.
- Learn about quality control measures and compliance standards within the paper manufacturing sector.
- Develop leadership and managerial skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.
- Adapt to changes and challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Passion for the paper industry and a desire to build a career in this field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
