We are looking for freshers to join our young and dynamic team to work on international projects in ACE Industry.

**Roles & Responsibility Includes**:

- BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
- Quick learner.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Revit /Navis/AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

During the **first three months**, trainees will receive thorough training on real projects from both national and international domains. They'll have the chance to learn new software tools with guidance from our experienced team members.

After completing this training period, trainees will have their performance assessed. Those who perform well will have the opportunity to join us as full-time employees. Initially, they will receive a monthly salary of **INR 8000 for the next four months**. Following this initial period, their salary will be increased to a range of INR 13000 to 15000 per month, depending on their performance.
