**Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads Expert (Freelancer)**

**Position**: Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads Expert
**Type**: Freelancer
**Experience**: 3+ years
**Payroll**: 40% of the Service Fee Charged for the Client

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns from start to finish, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Create and execute paid advertising strategies tailored to client needs and goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously optimize ad copy, keywords, targeting, and bidding strategies to achieve desired results.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of achieving success in paid advertising with tangible results.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work with diverse clients and deliver campaigns that align with their goals.

**Compensation**:

- You will earn 40% of the service fee charged to the client for each Project you manage, providing you with the opportunity to scale your income based on performance.
