Role Details

  • Position: Media Buyer – Google Ads
  • Location: Bangalore (Work From Office – No Remote / Freelancers)
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Experience: Minimum 3–4 years (please do not apply if you have less)

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
  • Primary focus: Scale B2B lead generation campaigns across industries.
  • Secondary focus: Manage and grow D2C e-commerce campaigns.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage monthly budgets of ₹30–40L+ with a focus on maximizing ROI.
  • Build, track, and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to build high-converting funnels.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, AI tools, and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (must have strong B2B track record).
  • Ability to consistently drive high-quality B2B leads at scale.
  • Hands-on expertise with: Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), GTM & Conversion Tracking (Pixel/Event setups), Keyword & Audience Research
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to handle large-scale budgets and optimize across funnels.
  • Bonus: Experience with CRO tools like Hotjar, Google Looker Studio, MCP servers, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
