**Overview**:

- 3+ years of experience in Soak testing.
- Create detailed soak testing plans and strategies.
- Demonstrated experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar
- Define objectives, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for soak tests.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Conduct soak tests by simulating continuous user activity over extended periods.
- Monitor system performance and stability throughout the testing period.
- Analyze test results to identify issues such as memory leaks, resource exhaustion, and performance degradation.
- Generate comprehensive reports on findings, including detailed analysis and recommendations.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts and tools for soak testing.
- Ensure soak testing is integrated into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Work closely with developers, system architects, and operations teams to resolve identified issues.
- Understanding of EMS, NMS, network protocols and web technologies (HTTP, REST, WebSockets).
- Experience with database performance testing and profiling.
- Experience with monitoring and profiling tools (e.g., New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana).
