We are looking for a Performance Test Automation Engineer to join our team and lead the development and

**Key Responsibilities**:
Performance Testing & Automation:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated performance test scripts and frameworks.
- Execute performance, load, stress, soak, and scalability tests to identify bottlenecks.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on system performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Work closely with development and DevOps teams to simulate real-world usage scenarios and ensure systems meet performance benchmarks.

Test Strategy & Collaboration:

- Define performance testing strategies, plans, and metrics aligned with product requirements
- Collaborate with QA, Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify root causes of performance issues and provide actionable recommendations.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

- Document test results, findings, and performance trends.
- Continuously improve test automation and performance testing capabilities.
- Stay up to date with performance testing trends, tools, and best practices.

**What You’ll Need to Be Successful (Required Skills)**:

- 2-4 years of experience in performance testing and automation engineering..
- Proficiency in tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar..
- Experience developing automated tests using Java, Python, or other scripting languages..JD Template for Performance Test Engineer
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure), and containerization.

**Education/ Certifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical

experience.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in cloud-based testing solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and testing APIs under load.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
