Administrative Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure achievement of business targets by coordinating with all departments.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly outputs to make sure goals are completed on time.
- Maintain existing business strategies while introducing new ideas to improve productivity.
- Build and sustain the company’s goodwill among employees and clients.
- Ensure all staff members follow the company’s administrative policies.
- Create an active and positive work environment to utilize manpower effectively and achieve business objectives.
- Handle office events, client meetings, and public relations activities.
- Oversee the workflow of all departments and guide them toward higher performance and growth.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination ability.
- Good planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle events and client interactions confidently.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in administration or office management.
