This role is perfect for someone who is highly tuned into social media trends, can build engaging content strategies, and enjoys both being behind and in front of the camera. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy**: Ideate and execute a strategic content calendar for social media platforms aligned with brand goals and product drops.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated with current social media trends, viral formats, and industry updates to keep the brand culturally relevant.
- **Reel Creation & Quick Edits**: Produce and edit short-form content (Reels, BTS, product showcases) using mobile editing apps or basic software.
- **On-Camera Presence**: Be comfortable creating BTS content, founder interactions, or fun day-in-the-life content when required.
- **Influencer & PR Strategy**: Plan and execute influencer seeding, PR outreach, and collaborations.Maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and media.
- **Performance Tracking**: Regularly track content performance, derive insights, and tweak strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Good Understanding of Instagram, Reels formats, and viral content creation.
- Basic video editing skills (using mobile apps like VN, Inshots)
- Comfortable facing the camera for brand storytelling and BTS.
- Strong communication skills to pitch and manage influencer/PR collaborations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
