Bristlecone is part of the $19.4 billion Mahindra Group.- Strong hands on experience on SAP BO Development- Strong experience on all modules of SAP BO include ODI, SpotFire, IDT, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, etc.- Must HaveStrong experience and knowledge on Database including writing SQLs, Tuning Queries, etc- Ability to work both with the Team at technical level and also with Stakeholders from business perspectives- Experience of being part of an End to End BI Solutions built over DWH systems with SAP BO as the Reporting Solution- Should be able to respond to technical queries requests from team members and customers-
- Skilled in handling user queries and requests- Good communication and presentation skills- Ability to multi task and liaise with multiple stakeholders- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships- Ability to work in team across multiple projects and multiple geographies- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities- Adaptability to change- Knowledge of processes best practices within the team industry

SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking

Information Security Responsibilities:

- Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.

- Report all suspected security and policy breach to Infosec team or appropriate authority(CISO).
- Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.
