Networking Health and Monitoring - from CCR

Identify reason for network issue

(First try to solve by Field team, If not solved in 2 hours solve by Site Visit)

Third Party Field activity like digging, Road expansion etc

(Monitoring, Report to CCR IN charge, Report to HO, Necessary action to

Third Party)

Troubleshooting of Network Failure

Keep log of network downtime (Report to CCR IN charge in case of

network failure due to power or third party activities)

All CCR Equipment
- Health Monitoring, Taging, HDD space availability in system/server,

Maintenance and inventory management
- Working/Not working status/Alert of Equipment/Components (inform

and follow-up with Field Team)
- Keep log of downtime of equipment

Prepare and do necessary for monthly report submission and signature

Prepare attendance of team

Leave management of site team, inform to HR for leave approval of team

members

Education
- BCA,BE experience 1 year relevant field is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
