Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Site In Charge for Blasting and Painting to oversee projects in Bharuch and Bhavnagar. This is a full-time position requiring a dynamic individual who can manage multiple aspects of site operations within the industrial protection coating sector. The successful candidate will be expected to ensure compliance with safety standards, handle budget management, and maintain quality control procedures. Qualifications and Skills Project management skills are mandatory for efficient planning, execution, and completion of projects within the given timeline and budget. Understanding of construction safety standards to enforce proper safety measures and ensure compliance on-site. Expertise in budget management to track project expenses, optimize resources, and ensure financial efficiency. Proficiency in quality control procedures to maintain high standards of work and mitigate the risks of operational failures. Strong stakeholder communication skills to liaise with clients and team members, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned. Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing productivity. Problem-solving skills to identify potential issues on-site and develop effective solutions promptly. Attention to detail to meticulously oversee project details and ensure precision in execution. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee site operations for blasting and painting projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards. Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution, while ensuring resources are utilized efficiently. Implement and monitor safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Ensure quality control procedures are adhered to, maintaining high standards throughout the project. Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report financial performance. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
