**About Us**:
**Role Overview**:
As a Customer Support Executive, your main goal will be to improve delivery rates and reduce return-to-origin (RTO) rates for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders by engaging with customers and resolving delivery issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact customers daily via call to resolve non-delivery of COD orders.
- Persuade customers to accept their orders using sales tactics and incentives.
- Understand and address reasons for customer refusals.
- Coordinate with courier partners to update delivery remarks and ensure successful deliveries.
- Maintain records and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Eligible for performance-based bonuses for exceptional work.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Experience in customer support and sales is a plus.
- Experience in tele-sales is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
