**Welcoming guests**: Greeting guests in a polite manner and acknowledging them according to company standards
- **Taking orders**: Taking orders from guests and ensuring they are served at the correct temperature and within the correct time frame
- **Preparing tables**: Setting up tables and rooms for service, including arranging chairs and tables, setting up linen, and replenishing tables with essentials
- **Providing service**: Serving food and drinks to guests and clearing tables when necessary
- **Managing guest queries**: Handling guest complaints and queries in a timely and efficient manner
- **Maintaining cleanliness**: Ensuring the restaurant areas are clean and well presented at all times
- **Following procedures**: Ensuring cash handling procedures are followed and that all procedures are carried out in line with agreed procedures
- **Supporting the kitchen**: Supporting the kitchen staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations
- **Communicating**: Communicating with customers and colleagues in a clear and professional manner
- **Maintaining standards**: Ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
