We are looking for experienced life Coaches to join our team and help our audience achieve their spiritual, personal, and professional goals.

Astrofanss is an exclusive astrology platform that allows life coaches to create content based on their interests, skills, and expertise. As a Life Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our audience. You will help them identify their strengths and weaknesses, set achievable goals, and develop strategies to overcome life obstacles.

Ultimately, you will work with clients to understand their needs and support them as they work to build a more fulfilling life for themselves. You will also be responsible for creating content that is engaging, informative, and relevant to our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and support to our audience.
- Identifying internal and contextual roadblocks, and then devising plans to improve those.
- Help our audience identify their life strengths and weaknesses.
- Set achievable life and spiritual goals for our audience.
- Develop strategies to overcome obstacles in life.
- Teach useful emotional and behavioural regulation techniques.
- Collaborate with clients to develop action plans that centre on actualising their stated ambitions.
- Evaluate clients’ advancement toward goal actualization.
- Encourage continued and sustainable progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in social development or related field of life coaching.
- Certification in Life Coaching.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Life Coach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to encourage introspection, connection, and ambition.
