**COMPANY INFORMATION**:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Admin. Coordinator - Logistics position will have the responsibility of communicating with the freight carriers, vendors, and the internal teams.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Track & maintain Estimated Time of Departure: the day the container is estimated to leave the Port of Loading (POL)
- Track & maintain Estimated Time of Arrival: the day the container is estimated to arrive at the Port of Discharge (POD)
- Follow up on changes, cancellations, and delivery information.
- Coordinate and communicate the shipping of products to customers.
- Approve invoices raised by freight carriers in the internal portal.
- Any other administrative role in the Project Management Team.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other common software.
- Must be able to multi-task, stay very organized, and possess excellent verbal and written skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
