**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Sales & Admission Coordinator Executive** who is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in **Advanced Excel**. In this role, you will play a key part in our sales and admissions operations—handling data management, communication, and coordination to ensure seamless workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update accurate records of student admissions and progress.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments for smooth daily operations.
- Create and manage performance reports and dashboards using **Advanced Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
- Follow up on leads, manage client communication, and assist with data collection.
- Support the sales and coordination teams in day-to-day operational activities.

We’re seeking someone who is proactive, organized, and an excellent communicator. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Have strong verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English required).
- Are proficient in **Advanced Excel** and data handling.
- Can multitask effectively and manage multiple coordination responsibilities.
- Are a quick learner who adapts well in a fast-paced environment.
- Pay strong attention to detail and work well in a team setting.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with solid Excel skills and a keen interest in coordination are welcome to apply
