**Objectives of this Role**
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times
- Assist in execution a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial and distribution, including the day-to-day execution across marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support
- Support the development and execution of sales and marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables as needed for maximum benefit
- Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action
- Comfortably vary voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by the industry, company, or target audience at hand
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communication and related industry trends
- Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging

**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns, leading brainstorming sessions to execute marketing
- To plan and implement various marketing campaigns for brand-building and lead generation that align with overall company goals and sales targets
- Help gather, analyze and present brand, competitor insights, trends, and data
- Contribute to other lead generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events
- Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including press release distribution, awards, company announcements, and speaker proposals
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
- Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands
- Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
- Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff from concept development to delivery of final product
- Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team and participate in client pitches on occasion
- Revise copy based on feedback/direction.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business English, communications, or related discipline
- Talented Dynamic Freshers
- Exceptional writing and research skill
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Social media or content marketing experience a plus
- Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides a plus
- Experience working with content management systems, WordPress, etc.
- A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
