**Responsibilities**:

- Installation and configuration of Windows-based all operating systems Windows 2008/2012/2016 & 2019, Active Directory management and related services (group policy, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V Manager, etc.), (Windows XP, Vista,7,8 & 10, etc.).
- Configuration & Maintaining of Firewall (SonicWall, Sophos).
- Software installations and troubleshooting of all types of customer-oriented field problems, network setting for Routers, Switch, DNS & DHCP Services, TCP/IP, and Internet setup.
- Installing, updating, and managing software, antivirus, All Printer, scanner, Cameras (DVR & NVR), Biometric attendance, printer, and other accessories maintenance.
- Configuration & troubleshooting of LANs & WAN-related issues reported by users.
- Installation and configuration of wireless Data Cards in users’ laptops.
- Password creation & resetting to end users through remote desktop.
- Configuration & troubleshooting of MS Outlook 2007/13/16 or Outlook Express, Office 365 and G-suite, etc.
- Collecting reports from branches, stock audit, Branch transfer reconciliation, Stock records verification, etc.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
