We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **E-commerce Executive cum Teleselling Executive** to manage online marketplace operations and actively connect with potential clients over the phone. This role requires someone who understands e-commerce platforms and also possesses strong communication and persuasion skills for lead conversion. Training will be provided for freshers.

**Key Responsibilities:E-commerce Operations**:

- Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms - including cataloging, pricing, and SEO optimization.
- Monitor inventory, pricing updates, and promotional offers across seller platforms.
- Coordinate with clients for listing assets (images, content, brand details).
- Set up and optimize Amazon ad campaigns (SP, SB, SD) for client accounts(Optional)
- Track order flow, returns, and raise necessary support tickets when required.
- Maintain account health by proactively identifying and resolving listing or compliance issues.

**Telesales & Client Communication**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective Amazon/Flipkart sellers for onboarding to our services.
- Explain our service offerings clearly and handle objections professionally.
- Maintain a database of leads and daily call records using spreadsheets.
- Schedule demo calls or meetings for senior consultants as needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction post-conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 0-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or telesales (Amazon/Flipkart experience preferred).
- Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi (fluency in regional languages is a plus).
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team player.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with PPC campaign management.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop for listing images.
- Prior experience in a service-based or agency environment is a plus.
