Bombay Hot, a renowned FMCG company based in Lucknow, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager for E-Commerce to join our team. This position is based in Lucknow and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our Namkeen Brand through effective e-commerce strategies and marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Assistant Manager of E-Commerce at Bombay Hot, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

- **E-Commerce Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and target audience.
- **Marketing Activations**: Execute effective and compelling marketing and visibility activations across various e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- **ROI and Visibility**: Achieve the desired return on investment (ROI) and visibility for all brand advertising campaigns within the assigned budget.
- **Strategic Vision**: Set and implement the strategic vision for the e-commerce division, ensuring it aligns with the overall business goals.
- **Market Trends**: Monitor e-commerce and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, staying ahead of the competition.
- **Product Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with the product development team to guide the creation of innovative products that resonate with online consumers.
- **Industrial Relations**: Manage industrial relations by actively participating in IR committee discussions and negotiations with unions to maintain harmonious relations with our workforce.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
- E-commerce or CPG Direct to Consumer experience preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.

**Soft Skills**
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
