We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an E-commerce and Office Administrator. This role will involve managing various aspects of our e-commerce operations as well as providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform.
- Upload and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process online orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to enhance our platform's performance.
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including posting jobs, Interview on phones and scheduling appointments
- Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and/or office administration roles.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.), CRM software, and MS Office Suite.(preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies in the e-commerce landscape.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
