Job Title: Cosmetics Sales Expert

Location: Seawoods Mall, Navi Mumbai

**Salary**: 18k in-hand

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in selecting the right products that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products, including their ingredients, benefits, and usage.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards and ensure that products are attractively displayed.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth by upselling and cross-selling products to customers.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and provide personalized recommendations to meet their unique needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product launches to ensure that our customers have access to the latest and most innovative products.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in cosmetics sales.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics products and ingredients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
