**Roles And Responsibilities**:

- Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Collaborating on user experience planning with a lead experience architect
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Participate in usability tests, analyze results and create recommendations for program managemen

**Mandatory Skills And Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field
- At least 2 years experience in user interface and experience design
- Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, Angular JS ,Adobe Photoshop
- A deep understanding of mobile app, mobile web, and web design best practices
- Experience in designing data visualizations with graphs, charts, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Mastery of user interaction design skills
- Must have the ability to work in a team
