**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:UI/UX Design (Figma) Responsibilities**:

- **Design User Interfaces**:

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather design requirements and translate them into effective UI solutions.
- **User Experience Design**:

- Conduct user research, create personas, journey maps, and workflows to enhance the user experience.
- Ensure all designs are user-centered, ensuring they are accessible and easy to navigate.
- Focus on maintaining consistency and best practices across the app’s UI to provide a seamless experience for the users.
- **Prototyping and User Testing**:

- Build interactive prototypes in Figma to visualize user flows and app functionality.
- Conduct usability testing with real users to gather insights and refine designs based on feedback.
- **Design Handoff**:

- Provide developers with all design assets, including specifications, visual styles, and interactions for implementation.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the accurate translation of design into the final product.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technology to ensure cutting-edge designs.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members.

**React Native Development Responsibilities**:

- **App Development**:

- Translate Figma design prototypes and wireframes into functional, high-performance mobile apps.
- **Integration with Backend**:

- Work closely with backend developers to ensure proper integration of backend services and APIs.
- **Mobile Optimization**:

- Ensure app responsiveness and smooth animations, adhering to best practices for both iOS and Android.
- **Testing and Debugging**:

- Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and other developers to bring app features from conception to launch.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and contribute to team discussions.

Pay: From ₹7,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
