**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **User Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Translate research insights into design strategies that improve user experiences.
- **UI/UX Design**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts.
- Ensure designs follow usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately translated into functional products.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team output.
- **Design Systems & Guidelines**:

- Build and maintain a scalable design system, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Ensure consistency across platforms and products by adhering to established design patterns.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices.
- Suggest and implement innovative approaches to improve user experiences.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, or related field**, or equivalent practical experience.
- **Minimum 1+ year of professional experience** as a **UI/UX Designer**, Product Designer, or similar role.
- Proven experience as a **UI/UX Designer**, Product Designer, or similar role with a strong design portfolio.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator**, etc.
- Strong understanding of **user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing**.
- Knowledge of **responsive design, web/mobile UI guidelines, and accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA)**.
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and scalable design solutions.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with **front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)** is a plus.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**
- Experience working in an **Agile/Scrum** development environment.
- Knowledge of **motion design, micro-interactions, and animation tools**.
- Understanding of **design thinking methodologies**.
- Experience in **data-driven design** using analytics and user feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
