**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals.
- Optimize UI/UX for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Stay updated on latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor's/Master’s in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

**Experience**: 1.5years - 2 years above in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.

**Required Skills**:

- Design Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Prototyping & Wireframing: InVision, Balsamiq
- Front-End Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue.js/React is a plus)
- User Research & Usability Testing: A/B testing, Heatmaps
- Version Control: Git
- Platforms: Web and Mobile (iOS & Android)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
