**Role Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and people-friendly **Sales and Marketing Executive** to support our tenant acquisition process. You’ll interact with prospective tenants, explain property details, and guide them through the onboarding journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inquiries from prospective tenants via calls, messages, and walk-ins
- Share accurate property details and help schedule property visits
- Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into tenants
- Maintain lead records and status updates in CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth tenant onboarding

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 0-3 years of experience (Freshers encouraged to apply)
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach

**Salary & Benefits**
- **₹23,000 - ₹30,000/month CTC** (based on experience) including performance incentives
- Health insurance, PF, and laptop provided
