**Job Timing**:
Monday-Friday : 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (8:00 PM to 9:00 PM Dinner Break) Saturday : 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM ( 1PM to 1:30 PM Lunch Break )
**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Conducting Interviews**: Perform initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- **Job Postings**: Create and manage job postings on various platforms.
- **Onboarding Support**: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- **Employer Branding**: Promote the company’s employer brand through various initiatives and events.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
