**Job Title: Social Media Marketing and Content Creator**

**Position Overview**:
The Social Media Marketing and Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing captivating visual content for our Instagram platform, including creating reels, stories, and posts. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media trends to engage our target audience effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop visually appealing and engaging content for Instagram, including static posts, videos, reels, and stories.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging, promotions, and campaigns.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in social media and incorporate them into content strategy.
- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Instagram, focused on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly to optimize reach and engagement.
- Regularly report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- **Founder Communication**:

- Effectively communicate social media strategy, goals, and outcomes to the founders of the company.
- Collaborate with founders to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and brand vision.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Actively engage with our Instagram community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Foster meaningful interactions with followers to cultivate a loyal and engaged audience.
- **Instagram Growth**:

- Develop and execute initiatives to grow our Instagram following organically.
- Utilize best practices for hashtags, collaborations, and user-generated content to increase visibility and reach.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing visual content for Instagram.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Experience creating Instagram reels and leveraging the platform's latest features.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly to stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience working in Marketing, Content Creation or a similar creative environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 7 per week
