We are looking for a reliable and experienced **Accountant & Logistics Executive** to manage our export operations from Ahmedabad. This role involves accounting, Tally operations, and logistics coordination (DHL, CHA, etc.) for international shipments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle accounting using **Tally ERP / Tally Prime**:

- Record sales, purchase bills, and manage payment entries
- File **GST**, **TDS**, and ensure compliance
- Prepare export documentation: Invoice, Packing List, LUT, Shipping Bill
- Coordinate dispatches with **DHL, FedEx, and CHA agents**:

- Track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and maintain dispatch logs
- Maintain export records (BRCs, IEC, e-invoices)

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in accounting + export logistics
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP or Prime**:

- Knowledge of **GST, BRC, LUT, TDS, e-Invoicing**:

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in handling courier portals (DHL/FedEx)

**Schedule**:

- Day shift (Monday to Saturday)
- Based in Ahmedabad (no remote option)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
