**Job Summary**

The Junior Project Management Officer (Jr. PMO) supports the Project Management Office in planning, tracking, and reporting on multiple projects. The role assists Project Managers in ensuring that projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining consistent processes and documentation standards across the organization

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support project planning activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Maintain and update project documentation such as project plans, status reports, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and dashboards.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and performance using PMO tools and templates.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure adherence to PMO processes, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Collect and analyze project data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Support change control and project closure processes.
- Assist in onboarding new team members to PMO tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or PMO support role.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (JIRA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Additional Information**:
1 Year Contract
