- **
Content Creation**:

- Draft and edit content for press releases, newsletters, and the company website.
- Assist in developing content for Schbang's social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand voice.
- **
Media Relations**:

- Assist in maintaining and building relationships with media contacts.
- Track media mentions and compile monthly media coverage reports.
- **
Event Coordination**:

- Support the team in organizing and promoting brand events, workshops, and webinars.
- **
Research**:

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct research to support PR planning and campaign development.
- **
Internal Communication**:

- Help coordinate internal communications and events, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged.
- **
Reporting**:

- Assist in compiling analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- **
Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update media lists, PR databases, and other essential tools.
- Provide logístical support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **
Education**: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- ** Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- ** Personal Traits**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-starter with a willingness to learn.
