- Plan and oversee events, campaigns, and initiatives to promote a cohesive work culture.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, providing regular reports.
- Ensure brand consistency in all internal communication materials and platforms.
- Support leadership in delivering impactful messages to employees.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

- A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of working on multiple campaigns.
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
- Proficiency in managing digital communication tools and platforms.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on achieving results.
