- Day today safety round and Safety observation tracking documentation with closure status
- Responsible for implementing BC Global EHS standards, preparation and upgradation of EHS procedures / standards.
- Make List and ensure compliance to all applicable Statutory EHS Compliances during Project as well as converting into Operational Plants.
- Ensuring license conditions implementations
- Identify and develop control plans for hazards which exist at the site.
- Emphasis on Risk Assessment i.e. Method Statement, Hazard & Risk Evaluation and Controls for activities being performed by various contractor agencies both for Installation and Commissioning Activities.
- Induction of New Contractors and ABG Employees at site and communicate key expectations along with site safety rules
- Awareness to Build Culture of Reporting of Incidents / Near Miss both under Leading and Lagging Indicators.
- Periodic Safety Review of Sites to measure performance as well as attend Project Review Meetings to highlight Safety Performance, Key Areas of Improvement and necessary support needed.
- Have Site Safety Performance “Leading & Lagging” Identified and ensure monitoring of performance and communication adequately at site.
- Develop framework for Periodic Inspections and Audits both Internal and External to be conducted for Project Sites.
- Ensure necessary Emergency Preparedness Infrastructure is provided at Project Sites based on nature of emergencies.
- Ensure On Site Emergency Plan is well prepared and communicated to all and periodic Mock Drills conducted to ensure Site Preparedness to handle various emergencies.
- Ensure that all fire and safety equipment in an establishment are in good shape always
- Conduct fire safety checks from time to time
- Carry out training and enlightenment of co-workers or employees as regards general fire safety rules and procedures
- Address any form of violation of safety codes within the organization
- Investigate and implement appropriate disciplinary action on violators of safety codes within the establishment.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor Of Science,Advance Diploma,Post Diploma-Industrial Safety

**Minimum Experience Level**:
2-4 Years
