**Job Description: Marketing Executive (Entry-Level)**

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, flexible, and passionate about digital marketing. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for compiling reports, analyzing digital and organic performance metrics, managing social media accounts, and overseeing outdoor marketing collaterals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Compile and analyze reports on digital and organic performance to identify trends and insights.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts to engage with our audience and enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with the graphic team for the creation and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Create reports and presentations of outdoor marketing collaterals, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Support in the development of marketing materials and proposals, align with outdoor vendors and collect collaterals in time.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor research.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Analytics.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Analyze social media metrics and track performance using analytics tools to optimize content and campaigns.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
