The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and technical expertise to effectively reach and engage the target audience while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.

As a Digital Marketing Executive at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy.

Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels.
- Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media.
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Research and identify potential clients, markets, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact and word-of-mouth.

**Requirements**:

- Seeking for 2-4 years of proven experience in the same domain.
- Proven experience as **Business Development** & **marketing executive** or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven and customer-centric approach.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: ₹10,079.56 - ₹45,000.00 per month
