As part of our continuous growth in the retail segment, we are looking for a passionate **Executive** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shipment Tracking**: Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers and distributors.
- **Transporter Follow-up**: Regularly coordinate with transporters for dispatch schedules, delivery status, and issue resolutions.
- **Monthly Bill Preparation**: Collect, verify, and process transporter bills and prepare reports for monthly payment cycles.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Work closely with the Warehouse, Sales Team, and Distributors to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch operations.
- **POD (Proof of Delivery) Reporting**: Collect and maintain POD reports for all dispatches; ensure timely submission and documentation.
- **PT File / Packing Slip Management**: Prepare and share Packing Slips and related documents with distributors for all essential dispatches.
- **Documentation**: Maintain proper records of dispatches, invoices, and related shipment documents for audit and reference purposes.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP is a must).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and basic logistics processes.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
