Knowledge in Export & Import Documentation.
- Invoice & Packing list preparation
- Vessel ETD & ETA tracking
- Verify all third-party trade documents, whether electronic or physical, to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with subsidiaries and brokers to ensure accurate trade-related

documentation and update the master reports accordingly.
- Prepare trade documents for presentation to banks and ensure their timely receipt.
- Swiftly cater to any required amendments and adjustments for documentation.
- Handle shipping processes and verify freight rates and invoices for every trade.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of all relevant data in the ERP system.
- Maintain sales/purchase order sheets for planned and shipped trades.
- Accurately file and keep records of shipments, invoices, and contracts, whether

electronically or physically.
- Liaise with the IVC team on documentation courier.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
