**ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Handling customer queries, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Preparation of Sales Order Intimation.
- Contract review & amendment of contract whenever needed & communication to the production Dept.
- To ensure collection of payments as per agreement with Customer at the time of accepting Purchase Order
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Job launching as per priority.
- Maintaining and providing necessary documents as per regulatory requirements.
- Carrying out customer feedback analysis
- To periodically visit customers & make sure they are reviewed adequately as per their expectations
- Maintain all sales & marketing related records accordance to IATF document procedure.
- To change/revise IATF sales & Marketing document as & when required
- Identify training needs of sales & Marketing related work force and arrange to provide the same
- To ensure that all the employee working under him are familiar with QMS policy of the organization
- Update Risk Analysis / FMEA & Control Plan documents if any changes will occur.
- As a team leader, responsible for IATF awareness and IATF status communication to his team members.

Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping, efficiency & discipline in the area

**Salary**: ₹9,645.31 - ₹31,679.92 per month
