As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at ALTR, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall tidiness of our guest rooms and overall property, significantly enhancing the guest experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing bed linens, vacuuming carpets, and dusting surfaces to ensure a pristine environment at ALTR NATIV
- Bathroom Maintenance: Ensure that bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies, maintaining a high standard of hygiene.
- Restocking Supplies: Replenish guest room amenities and supplies, including toiletries, towels, and linens as needed.
- Guest Requests: Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or items, enhancing their overall stay experience.
- Trash Removal: Dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with established procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Inspecting Rooms: Conduct regular inspections of rooms to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow ALTR NATIV policies and procedures related to safety and cleanliness.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Guest Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns and requests with a professional and friendly attitude.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided by ALTR NATIV.
- Education: Basic educational qualifications (10th grade or equivalent) are required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Reliability: Dependable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
