Graphics Designer

**Description**

We are currently seeking a skilled and talented Graphic Designer to join our Media Production company. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our target audience. Your role will involve the development of various designs, including those for websites, social media platforms, print materials, and other forms of visual communication.

**Responsibilities**
- Create visually appealing designs for websites, social media platforms, print materials, and other forms of visual communication.
- Collaborate with team members to discuss project requirements and develop creative solutions.
- Present design concepts and communicate ideas effectively to clients and team members.
- Utilize graphic design software and production tools to produce high-quality designs.
- Develop and maintain an organized file structure for efficient retrieval of design assets.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry standards to ensure designs are current and relevant.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to junior team members, offering guidance and advice on all aspects of media production & graphics Design.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of previous design projects.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles, including color, typography, composition, and layout.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
