**Job Title**: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and passionate **Social Media Manager** to handle our daily social media activities and grow our online presence. If you love storytelling, have a flair for creativity, and enjoy engaging with audiences, this role is the perfect fit for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily social media activities across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, Reels, Stories, and other content tailored to each platform.
- Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them creatively to enhance content.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with the brand's voice and goals.
- Monitor competitors' activities and suggest innovative strategies to stay ahead.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, or initiatives effectively.
- Build and nurture an engaged community by fostering meaningful interactions with the audience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and content formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging and visually appealing content.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for storytelling, creativity, and driving meaningful engagement.
