Share insights with recruitment team for calibration on quality hires
- Support floor training based on TNI and TNA through refreshers and retraining.
- Devise communication training plans across all employees level and follow up on the progress
- Participate in call calibration sessions to share insights on LVA and communication skills gaps
- Needs to have traction on training attrition and possible EWS
- Utilize the Learning Management System to help achieve learning objectives
- A Voice and Accent trainer will plan, conduct, and administer training programs to train employees and improve their communication skill and language knowledge.
- Drive the communication of employees with core sound foundation for neutral accent and educe MTI.
- Eradicate Indianisms by proper usage of English grammar and enhance comprehension with the right vocabulary and lexical resource.
- The objective should be to enable learners on the key understanding of pronunciation, pause management and business communication.
- All types of communication along with the training methods must be utilize for an effective training delivery.
- Must engage learners using multiple learning platforms measure the effectiveness through assessments and follow up

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
