**About Mangwale**:
Mangwale is a fast-growing delivery platform that helps businesses (restaurants, stores, pharmacies) to grow by offering them a zero-commission platform to list their products and services. We aim to build a strong network of vendors and provide customers with seamless delivery experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Field Sales and Vendor Engagement**: Actively visit vendors (restaurants, stores, pharmacies) and convince them to register and list their products/services on Mangwale.
- **Vendor Onboarding**: Guide vendors through the registration and product listing process, ensuring they understand how the Mangwale platform works.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Create and execute local marketing strategies to promote Mangwale and drive vendor registrations.
- **New Branding Opportunities**: Identify and explore innovative branding opportunities to increase Mangwale's visibility in the local market.
- **Vendor Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Conduct market research on competitors and use insights to refine sales and marketing approaches.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed the set sales targets and goals through consistent vendor engagement and effective marketing strategies.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular progress updates to management, including feedback from vendors and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Marketing Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, especially in field sales or vendor acquisition roles.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- **Persuasive and Convincing Skills**: Proven ability to persuade vendors and close deals with confidence and professionalism.
- **Marketing Knowledge**: Ability to create and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and vendor acquisition.
- **Self-Motivated and Target-Oriented**: Highly driven with the ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Quick thinking and the ability to resolve objections or concerns raised by vendors.
- **Local Market Knowledge**: Familiarity with the Nashik region and its business landscape will be an advantage.
