**Role**:Estimator

**Job Location**: Bengaluru, Karnataka

**Experience**: 1-3 years of experience with relevant background.

**Responsibilities**

1. Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

2. Maintains contact and relationships with private individuals and other organizations.

3. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements.

4. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.

5. Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.

6. Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.

7. Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

8. Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction or estimator field of interest

2. Relevant Technical knowledge

3. Software knowledge
- AUTOCAD, STAAD.PRO

4. Knowledge of different materials

5. Strong analytic abilities

6. Working knowledge on MS Office

7. Understanding of construction documents

8. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
