**Internal Title**:Real Estate Professional

**External Title **:Deputy General Manager

**Role Summary**:
Contributes & Supports Regional Head of Real Estate - Direct Countries in the regions - EMEA, NAM, APAC & East Asia in Real Estate Portfolio Management, Location Concept, Investment Approvals etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Siemens Healthineers RE Location concepts/Location Strategy through systematic approach for developing local real estate strategies and defining the action plans for implementation.
- Undertake project feasibility study along with internal & external stakeholders
- Preparation of Strategy Paper for Management Approval
- Preparation of Investment Approval (I Application) including Business Case evaluation by calculating (rental calculations, option comparison,
- Co ordination with all relevant departments/teams (eg. Legal, AC, Tax, Compliance, Treasury and M&A etc.) for Expert Statements
- Co ordination with various stakeholders for any project related details including cost estimates, lease terms, property value, challenges, risks & opportunities
- Co ordination & inputs from internal colleagues and external consultants
- Presenting Location Concept & I Application (local tool) etc. to management & stakeholders for approvals
- Keeping track of Leases for expiry/renewals and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

**Education & Experience**

o Diploma/Graduation in Architectural/Engineering (Civil) /Real Estate management

o Experience 3-5 years in similar portfolio

o Knowledge of Lease Management & Real Estate Management

o Preparation of Presentations

o Preparing Rental calculations, Option Comparison, Business Case etc.

o Basic knowledge of corporate real estate business/activities

o Good team player

o Good interpersonal & communication skills
